Nutrition is much more than a meal – it’s our weapon or our Achilles’ heel.

This section explores what boosts or sabotages our bodies, without ready-made formulas. For me, I dove into these tools after my multiple sclerosis diagnosis in 2017. In just a few months, I saw the difference!

Even today, I’m still looking for the best allies to nourish me and live a beautiful

life. Because every human is unique, finding what poisons us and changing it remains an option to explore for ourselves.

Taking care of ourselves also enriches the lives of those around us. Here, we share paths to make our plates our allies.

I hope our personal discoveries will create a beautiful chain of humans helping each other.
