Not because I've got nothing left to say.

Because writing about MS non-stop — the symptoms, the strategies, the tracking — keeps me stuck on it.

And that's the opposite of what actually helps me.

I know I have MS. That doesn't change.

But I've realized a blog built around illness, even with all the good intentions and realistic hope in the world, keeps bringing me back to the same place.

Symptoms, tracking, the next protocol, the next article.

Endless loop.

This isn't goodbye. It's a move.
