Ingredients (4 servings)
4 pork loin chops (IGA family pack)
2 Quebec peppers (red, yellow or orange), sliced into strips
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari

Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the olive oil, soy sauce, paprika, and herbs.

Cook the pork chops for 3–4 minutes per side, depending on thickness, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
